  5. In the following cases, Henan Olive Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to decline or limit after-sales service:
    • The equipment has been disassembled or modified without authorization.
    • The issue is not caused by manufacturing or technical defects.
    • The product is beyond the warranty period or does not meet warranty conditions.
